Emissions Trading and International Climate Change Law
We all are aware of the growing cause of concern from climate change that has gripped the world. With increased greenhouse gas levels in the atmosphere as well as the ever-increasing threat of sea-level rise along with an increase in global average surface temperatures.

To this tune, it is important to analyze the ambits as well as the issues of climate change prevalent and find solutions to address them.
Recently, I wrote for the IRHRL Blog on the issue of climate change and how Emissions trading under the international climate law regime and national legislations affect a positive outcome and solution for the plight that is climate change.
